Payment plan :

1-st instalment - 30% - on concluding the preliminary contract;

4-th instalment - 10% - on completion of Floor three;
5-th instalment - 10% - on completion of Floor four;
6-th instalment - 10% - on completion of Floor five;
7-th instalment - 10% - on completion of the roof;
8-th instalment - 10% - on receiving the notarial deed.

Option 2: Deposit 1000 Euro
1-st instalment - 30% - on concluding the preliminary contract;
2-nd instalment -30% - on completion of Floor three;
3-rd instalment - 30% - on completion of roof;
4-th instalment - 10% - on receiving the notarial deed.

Option 3: Deposit 1000 Euro
1-st instalment - 90% - on concluding the preliminary contract;
2-nd instalment - 10% - on receiving the notarial deed.
