 Sozopol is one of the most beautiful coastal towns in Bulgaria, famous for its old part with ancient architecture houses, small cobble streets and cozy fish restaurants along the beach. The complex is far from the noisy part of the town and is situated on the slope of a tiny peninsula called “ Budjaka” where people will enjoy the wonderful sea view and the peacefulness of the surroundings. The area there is expected to become the most luxurious region on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast where only expensive villas and small modern hotels will be built. Building restrictions are very strict and the allowed built-up area is only 20% - 30% . Thus the nature will be preserved and a feeling of personal space and privacy is created.

The complex is built on an area of 3, 412 sq.m. and consists of two buildings with total number of apartments – 40. Sizes vary from 46 sq.m. upto 183 sq.m. There are 1-bed, 2-bed and 3-bed apartments, fully finished and luxuriously furnished. The 3-bed penthouses have an outside staircase which leads to an enormous terrace.
